Tasks: Masterplan for Proposed Retirement Village and Residential Agedcare Facility
This masterplan is for a new Retirement Village and Residential Aged Care Facility at Tuncurry on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The development includes a four storey Residential Agedcare Facility containing 200 beds (sole occupancy care units)124 x 124 Independent Living Villas, 32 Independent Living Units, a Community Centre and related infrastructure. The total site area 6.075 Ha.
I had a very specic vision of what I wanted in our renovation. Graham from Project Works Design was able to translate that vision into detailed plans that complied with all the relevant building codes and requirements that were unknown to us.
